Radiologic Technologist Job Description

This job involves performing imaging procedures on patients using various equipment, such as X-ray machines and ultrasound devices. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Degree and Certification: A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field and certification as an RT(R) by the ARRT.
  • Licensure: Current licensure in the state where the facility is located.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong patient care skills.
