Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the activities and flow of work for assigned clinical programs, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
">Primary Responsibilities include:

- Facilitating program development, implementation, and evaluation">
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services">
- Maintaining accurate program documentation and review for regulatory compliance">
- Assisting with training and developing learning programs for staff members">
- Collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes">
- Participating in injury prevention initiatives and cost containment efforts">
- Performing other duties as assigned">
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
">The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, with at least three years of registered nurse experience.
">Physical Requirements include frequent lifting, sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional bending and twisting.
">Required Professional Licenses and Certifications include Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification and state-specific nursing licenses.
