Telemetry Nurse Job Description
\This Telemetry Nurse position involves caring for patients requiring cardiac monitoring and responding to arrhythmias and other life-threatening conditions. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in cardiac rhythm interpretation, patient assessment, and critical thinking.
\The job duties include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to address acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Additionally, the nurse will participate in multidisciplinary rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
\The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Telemetry, holding current licensure and certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm under pressure, are essential for success in this position.
