We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract in Chicago.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment
  • Ensure accurate counting and handling of surgical instruments and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CST
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
