Data Organiser

We're seeking a skilled Data Organiser to join our eCommerce team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for presenting product information across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy data and design. You'll play a vital role in editing and maintaining catalog item data within our catalog management system, creating web-related production such as HTML pages, price charts, PDFs, etc.

• Edit and maintain catalog item data within our catalog management system
• Proof and validate content on the pages of our award-winning catalog
• Create web-related production such as HTML pages, price charts, PDFs, etc.
• Assist in documenting work processes and providing training to team members
• Upload and import files, generate reports periodically

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
• Proficient with FileMaker, Microsoft Excel, and Access preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases a plus
