We are seeking a highly skilled Foreign Exchange Sales Retention Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with deadlines, and a passion for promoting financial products and services.

Estimated Salary Range:

Ranging from 2,000 to 2,700 euros per month, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company's financial products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Convert high-quality leads into loyal customers
• Increase chances of future sales through effective relationship-building
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial market trends and developments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or fluent English language skills (oral and written)
• Previous experience in retention within the Forex & CFD industry
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective management and mathematical skills
• Excellent objection-handling skills
