We are seeking a Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with your customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
  • Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
  • Opening accounts, performing account maintenance and assisting customers with digital products
  • Recognizing potential fraud and other risks

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills

Salary: $21.00-$28.00 hourly rate, with eligibility to earn an annual bonus
