We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to spearhead data collection solutions, quality control methodologies, and monitoring. This pivotal role bridges the gap between machine learning and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft robust, reliable data pipelines, infrastructure, and workflows.
  • Develop and support data models, schemas, and database structures for blazing-fast analytics performance.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integrity and accuracy at every stage.
  • Optimize data workflows for seamless real-time and batch data processing.
  • Control, monitor, and optimize production servers worldwide.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data storage, retrieval, and transformation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging data engineering technologies and trends, introducing new tools and techniques to enhance our data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a hands-on Data Engineer.
  • Demonstrated track record driving successful delivery of complex data projects.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Scala.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid knowledge in Linux environment.
