About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Category Manager to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for owning and managing a product line, developing strategic relationships with vendors, and guiding a team of Product Management Analysts.

• Owning assigned product categories from our extensive catalog of business support products
• Supporting new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors
• Visiting vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attending trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends
• Leading vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships
• Collaborating with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies
• Making a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy
• Mentoring and supporting Product Management Analysts to foster their growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing
• Ability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits
