Warehouse Operations Manager

• Salary: Competitive compensation package including overnights pay, covering a range of $124,000 to $180,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our dedicated distribution center night team in sending over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products to our North American warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with experience in directing nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion. They will also possess excellent leadership skills to develop and motivate a team of warehouse employees to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage nightly warehouse operations to ensure high levels of accuracy, safety and performance.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience is essential.
• Experience with equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) would be beneficial.
