Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, leading a team of bankers, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow customer relationships and increase revenue
• Lead a team of bankers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience
• Previous retail banking and managerial experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $95,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
