• Schedule: M-F Day Shift, No Weekends or Holidays
• Location: Ambulatory Care Center CSM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implements and monitors patient care plans.
2. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
3. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
4. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
5. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
6. May round with physician in an inpatient setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from American Heart Association (AHA).
• Registered Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
