The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in warehouse, quality assurance, or vendor management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating products across North America to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
  • Supporting quality assurance efforts, including return negotiations and packaging enhancements.
  • Collaborating with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to address quality concerns.
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse, quality assurance, or vendor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
