">Overview:
The Technical Product Manager Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market demands and deliver customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
- Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
- Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.
Key Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
