**Responsibilities**

The Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric Transport will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of critically ill patients, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing

  • Developing individualized plans of care, incorporating evidence-based practices and recommendations from medical control physicians

  • Implementing respiratory care interventions, including airway management, ventilator support, and pharmacological therapies

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless transfers and ensure continuity of care

Requirements**

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent certification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care

  • Strong foundation in respiratory therapy, including airway management, ventilator support, and pharmacological interventions

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
