Our finance team is expanding, and we're looking for a highly motivated and driven Collections Specialist to join us in Tel Aviv. This individual will be a key contributor to our cash collection efforts. In this role, they'll communicate with customers by email and phone regarding open invoices and balances as well as assist internal stakeholders, such as Account Managers and the Billing Team.

In this position, you'll be part of the global Accounts Receivable team. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Recording accurate data and updates so that management can remain up to date with the collection efforts and assist with forecasting.
2. Managing an Accounts Receivable Balance and continuously striving for timely collections.
3. Updating and syncing all relevant systems and teams to ensure the most efficient collection process.
4. Reconciling payments with customer open balances and organizing refunds when required.
5. Communicating and helping customers/internal stakeholders with questions regarding invoicing and open balances in a timely manner.
6. Continuously creating improvements to our processes.
7. Assisting with accounting month-end and quarter-end processes.
8. Supporting the finance team with any other functions where required.

• 2+ years of collections/account receivables experience
• Highly motivated and able to manage own workload independently and efficiently
• Proficient with Excel
• Capable of managing a variety of tasks and effectively assessing the priority and urgency of each.
• Ability to work within a global team
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
