  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Biotechnological)
  • Excellent English language skills (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
