Solo Truck Driver Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team as solo truck drivers. If you have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes a competitive mileage rate, with top earners making up to $100,000 annually. Additionally, trainers can earn an extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student. We also offer practical mile pay structure, reliable home time, and consistent freight.

  • Solo drivers earning up to $0.56 per mile
  • Trainers earning additional $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student

Layover Pay

In the rare event of a layover, drivers will receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that drivers' time is always valued.

Requirements
