1. Competitive Pay: Our drivers can earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners making $100,000 annually. Trainers also receive an additional $0.23 CPM when dispatched with a student.
2. Reliable Home Time: We strive to provide consistent miles to our drivers, ensuring you get the rest and relaxation you need. In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period.
3. No-Touch Freight: With 90% no-touch freight, you'll spend more time on the road and less time loading and unloading cargo. This means you'll have more time to focus on what matters most – driving safely and efficiently.
4. Holiday Pay: We want to ensure you have a chance to relax and recharge during holidays, which is why we offer paid time off during these periods.
5. Rider Programs: If you have family members who like to join you on the road, we've got you covered. Our rider programs make it easy to bring loved ones along for the ride.
6. Electronic Logs (E-Logs): Our fleet is equipped with e-logs, making it easier for you to manage your routes and stay organized. This technology helps reduce paperwork and ensures you get the most out of your time on the road.
