This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
- You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care, preferably in a similar setting.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in nursing is preferred but not required.
