The right candidate will bring a proven track record in paid media strategy and analytical prowess to drive growth through high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. This role requires collaboration with creative teams, product departments, and key stakeholders to shape the future of interactive entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for user acquisition activities.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, combining insights and data to refine marketing messaging continually.
- Plan and oversee high-stakes marketing budgets, setting up and optimizing paid campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with creative teams to develop visually appealing assets.
- Collaborate with product teams, community managers, and other studio departments.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop efficient growth processes, including new partner onboarding and ongoing relationships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry.
- 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer, with a proven track record handling high budgets.
- A sharp-minded and creative thinker with a passion for Gaming, Marketing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Excel - essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - advantageous.
- Fluent English language skills.
