Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare food daily as outlined on the menus, adapting recipes to accommodate special dietary needs of residents.
• Ensure attractive presentation of food on the plates before serving.
• Coordinate and participate in serving food, monitoring portion control to meet residents' requests and minimize waste.

Maintaining Kitchen Standards:

• Maintain an accurate record of chargeable meals and submit records to management by designated dates.
• Assist with menu planning, reviewing and adjusting menus to accommodate seasonal foods, vendor sale prices, and special events.
• Identify food and supplies needed for next week's menus and report to management.

Cleanliness and Safety:

• Preparation and storage of meats and ingredients for optimal freshness and quality.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment.
