Network Security Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support our Enterprise Mission Information Technology Services (EMITS) program in Israel. The selected candidate will serve as a member of a large Network Operations team and provide full LAN/WAN/ICAN network services to a large user base at a forward-deployed austere site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and ancillary network devices, to ensure high levels of Cybersecurity compliance and network availability.
2. Collaborate with the OSP/ISP Network Specialist to plan and complete network installation tasks across local and remote/isolated sites.
3. Troubleshoot network deficiencies and determine the best approach to mitigate issues/risks.
4. Ensure network devices are IAVA compliant and maintain technical proficiency with applicable certifications.
5. Perform other duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

1. Secret Level security Clearance with a T5/SSBI investigation.
2. Bachelor's degree; years of experience can be substituted for degree requirement.
3. At least 5+ years of experience in IT-related fields.
4. Knowledge of TACLANE and other cryptographic devices to include configuration, key management, and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of WAN circuits and experience managing Promina multiplexer devices.
6. DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification on Day 1.
7. ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
