About the Role
As a Travel Nurse RN in Long Term Care, you'll be working with patients who require ongoing medical care and support. You'll need to be able to provide high-quality care, communicate effectively with patients and their families, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and developing care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Document patient information accurately and completely
Requirements and Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions
