IT Technical Assistant Position Available

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our operations team as an IT Support Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic high-tech environment, working with global systems and advanced tools.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Help manage software installations, updates, and licensing
• Support users with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory
• Provide basic technical training and onboarding for new employees
• Assist in managing email systems, Office365, and internal tools
• Take part in improving internal systems such as the intranet and website
• Help monitor system performance and identify potential issues
• Support cybersecurity and backup routines
• Work on small IT projects and contribute to implementation tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the IT Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
