Ecommerce Strategic Leader

As a Senior Group Product Manager, you will shape our digital strategy, inspire a team, and create a seamless online experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through advanced analytics and critical thinking.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists to achieve departmental goals.
• Conducting research to identify trends and customer pain points, informing innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Fostering strong relationships across the organization to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, business analysis, or product management, preferably with B2B experience.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams.
