We're Seeking a Proactive HR Professional to Join Our Team.
This role involves supporting our recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. We're looking for someone who can provide exceptional organizational skills and technical proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in attracting top talent by supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Play a pivotal role in nurturing employees' growth by supporting development programs and initiatives.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and routines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage administrative tasks, coordinate welfare events, and contribute to diverse projects that enhance the workplace.
About You
You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. You also have at least 3 years of experience in various HR roles, preferably in an industrial setting. Additionally, you possess excellent language skills, with high-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
