**IP Researcher**

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in intellectual property law to join our team as an IP Researcher.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to conduct thorough research and analysis on complex intellectual property matters.

  • Conduct research and analysis on marketing materials, copyright/trademark infringement, and patent research.
  • Support the legal team in reviewing documents and assisting in litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Develop and maintain organized systems for document management and fact investigation.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a paralegal with intellectual property knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
