Our team is expanding rapidly, and we're seeking an expert Talent Sourcer to help us scale our talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our Revenue AI Platform team, you'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand our hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that bring top-notch candidates into the funnel.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media groups.">
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gain insights into role requirements and team dynamics.">
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.">
• Build and nurture strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.">
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve performance and ROI.">
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and channels to optimize our recruitment process.">
• Work collaboratively as a proactive, results-driven team player who contributes to a high-performing Talent team.">

• 1–2 years of experience in tech recruiting, either in-house or at an agency.">
• Strong command of sourcing strategies and platforms, with proven success identifying R&D talent.">
• Hands-on experience conducting phone screens and candidate assessments.">
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.">
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing for results.">
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.">
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.">
