Senior Product Introduction Team Lead

As a seasoned Product Introduction (PI) team leader, you will oversee the entire product introduction process, ensuring seamless integration across multiple product lines. Your key responsibility will be to manage deliverables and timelines, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution.

Key aspects of your role include building and maintaining product and production files, documentation, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). You will serve as the technical liaison between Research and Development, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, validating manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency, output, and quality standards.

You will drive the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including implementation and configuration control, while also contributing to cost reduction initiatives and defining new components.

• Bachelor of Science or Professional Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PI leadership within multidisciplinary companies, with a proven track record of managing turn-key projects and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
• In-depth knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) technologies.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP system is an advantage.
