Data-Driven Operations Project Manager

Radiology Informatics is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support R&D teams in operating efficiently and day-to-day activities.

Data-driven professional, promotes proactive data-driven operations across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing data and deriving valuable conclusions for R&D day-to-day activities such as SW Release Management and process improvements
• Conducting status meetings to present projects' progress and data analysis results
• Building dashboards and reports in Excel and JIRA
• Working with a subcontractor developer to define requirements and build new BI dashboards
• Taking the role of an RTE (release train engineer) of one Agile Release Train development stream.
• Promoting Agile implementation within R&D team
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about data, able to analyze and translate it to valuable insight

Requirements:

• BSc./MSc. Student in: Industrial Engineering, Biomedical, Data Engineering with at least 2 years remaining and availability to work at least 2.5 days a week
• Microsoft Excel expert
• Experienced Data-driven professional, promoting proactive data-driven operations across the organization
• Structured, good communication skills, and ability to present
• Able to understand and improve complex processes while working effectively under pressure in dynamic environments.
• A team player who can work effectively with others and has good soft skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of our main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations.
