At the core of our operations, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and drive improvements, collaborating with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to address quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to address quality concerns
• Supporting quality assurance efforts, including return negotiations and packaging enhancements
• Assisting with new product and vendor evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Warehouse, quality assurance, or vendor management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
