Pay Structure:

The pay structure for this role is designed to reward drivers for their hard work and dedication. Solo drivers can earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners making $100,000 annually. Trainers also earn an extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student.

In addition to competitive pay, this role offers a range of benefits and incentives. These include reliable home time, consistent freight, and various pay incentives such as stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. Drivers also have access to holiday pay and rider programs.

Driver Support:

The company provides various forms of support to its drivers, including e-logs and layover pay. Layover pay ensures that drivers receive compensation for their time during layovers, with $125 paid after the first 24 hours and an additional $125 for each subsequent 24-hour period.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet certain qualifications. They must be at least 21 years of age or older, possess a Class A CDL, and have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR experience. No SAP drivers will be considered.
