About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve web property performance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, business analysis, and/or product management.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
