As a solo driver, you have the potential to earn up to $0.56 per mile with top earners making $100,000 annually. Additionally, trainers can earn an extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student.

Average Annual Miles and Pay Structure
You will average 118,800 miles annually under our practical mile pay structure. This means that your earnings are directly tied to the number of miles you drive.

Consistent Freight and Home Time
We strive to provide our drivers with reliable home time and consistent freight. In fact, 90% of our freight is no-touch, minimizing delays and increasing efficiency.

Rider Programs and e-Logs
We offer rider programs available for drivers who wish to bring along passengers on their routes. Our fleet is also fully equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Layover Pay and Compensation
In the unlikely event of a layover, you will receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is always valued and compensated fairly.

Requirements for Success
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
  1. Be at least 21 years of age or older
  2. Hold a Class A CDL
  3. Have a minimum of 6 months' verifiable OTR experience
