Program Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring effective program management and governance across multiple areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage governance processes and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular status reports and identify trends.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management methodologies and PMO processes.
  • Proven experience managing at least two large-scale programs or projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira.
