Job Title: Distribution ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to lead our warehouse operations.

  • Responsibilities include guiding all aspects of day-to-day warehouse activities, encompassing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
  • Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300 warehouse employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.
  • Uphold high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience within a high-volume distribution center.
  • Experience leading a warehouse team, including hiring, training, and motivating employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
