Facilities Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our facilities team as a facilities operations associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction or carpentry
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools
  • Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens
  • Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs
