Job Title: Asset Recovery Specialist

Description:

This role involves inspecting properties for retail construction loans, managing repossessed inventory, and performing inspections of non-performing mortgage loans. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties for retail construction loans
  • Assist in managing repossessed inventory and disposition thereof
  • Perform inspections of non-performing mortgage loans on a monthly basis
  • Assist in maintaining real property in possession
  • Serve as a backup for tasks assigned to other members of the Collection Team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
