Catheterization Lab Technologist Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working in a fast-paced medical environment? We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in a travel position. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, as you will be working in a dynamic environment with varying patient loads and procedures.

About the Position:
This is a temporary assignment that lasts for 13 weeks, working 36 hours per week. The shift schedule is 12 hours, flexible, and may include night shifts or weekends. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and providing top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety during the procedure.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and ultrasound devices, to capture clear images of the patient's heart and blood vessels.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- A strong background in allied health professions, preferably in cardiology or radiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in high-stress situations.
