Job Title

We're a delivery management leader, serving 800+ customers globally. Leading enterprise retailers and brands use our platform to grow their delivery capacity, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.

We're hiring a Product Manager to drive innovation in our logistics platform, lead cross-functional product development, and deliver solutions with real-world impact.

What will you do?

  • Define product strategy for our data and platform modules, and translate that strategy into well defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including go-to-market, customer success, engineering, analytics, and design/user experience.
    • Key collaborators will be the other Product Managers, as well as the engineering leader for AI and Data.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.

What will you need?:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a B2B industry environment and a passion to solve problems
  • Experience with data architecture and data model design
  • Deep technical abilities and detailed oriented, able to easily communicate with developers 
  • Ability to make clear decisions and prioritize using a balance of data and intuition, in an environment with imperfect information.
  • Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate well across functions from engineering about technical requirements, all the way to communicating with marketing on problems and value.
  • The ability to work well across time-zones, as we are a distributed company, with teams located globally.
  • Quick and self-learner, knowledge-and logic-driven with exceptional communication and presentation skills
