Finance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our credit risk and collecting open receivables from customers.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Manage account receivable balance and review account adjustments
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers on past due balances
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal requests related to billing and collection issues
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
• Generate invoices using SAP system
• Administer and enforce collection policies and procedures
• Support other accounting functions

Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience in customer collections
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical capabilities
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Certified bookkeeper is an advantage
• Attention to detail and analytic capabilities are essential
