High-Paying Solo Opportunities

As a Company Driver, you can earn up to $0.56 per mile, making top earners reach an annual income of $100,000. Additionally, trainers earn extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student. This averages out to 118,800 miles annually, utilizing a practical mile pay structure. You can expect reliable home time and consistent freight, comprising 90% no-touch freight. Furthermore, you can benefit from various pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay.

Enhanced Benefits Package
Our drivers enjoy holiday pay and rider programs. The fleet is equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), ensuring seamless operations. In the event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period, providing peace of mind through our valued time policy.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL. A minimum of six months of verifiable OTR experience is required. Drivers must also meet SAP requirements.
