About the Role

The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, developing customer relationships and working with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
  • Coach sales performance, oversee staff development, and address performance issues as needed
  • Resolve escalated customer matters and perform Personal Banker duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience
  • Previous retail banking and managerial experience
  • Previous business development experience and small business customer experience

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $95,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
