As a Nurse Navigator, you will serve as a patient advocate and liaison between management staff, physicians, and community organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes, coordinating treatment efforts, and promoting education and process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Additionally, you will require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
