Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying and supporting complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment Tasks: Design, install, document and perform all deployment-related tasks needed for the successful deployment of technical solutions.
• Technical Solutions: Provide technical solutions, architecture and corresponding collateral to support the deployment of technical solutions.
• Requirements Collection: Collect and analyze requirements from various entities pertinent to the project.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and functions to address technical aspects of the project.
• Solution Support: Deliver timely and accurate remote and onsite technical support for deployed solutions to customers and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Troubleshooting: Detail-oriented with strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Support: Experience with customer support case management systems and related processes.
• Time Management: A self-motivated team player with superb time and multi-project management skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of data center electrical power systems, HVAC systems, and IT technologies in large-scale Data Center operations.
