Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our user base and revenue through data-driven strategies and optimization techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make informed decisions. You will work closely with our Business Intelligence, Technology, Creative, and Data Science teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive significant growth.

• Campaign Management: Actively manage and execute campaigns across various online advertising channels, testing and optimizing in real-time.
• Benchmarking and Reporting: Develop benchmarks, track and report performance (spend, sales, KPIs, etc.), and provide actionable insights to inform future decision-making.
• Marketing Initiatives: Identify and launch new marketing initiatives and tests to drive overall sales growth.

• High Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
• Bachelor's Degree: BA/BSC university/college degree (advantage to a degree in scientific study, e.g., Industrial engineering, Economics, Business Management, statistics, etc.).
• Desire to Learn: A desire to learn and develop in the marketing industry, as well as self-learning abilities.
• Independent and Quick Learner: Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new concepts and technologies.
• Team Player: Highly organized team player with excellent communication skills.
• Language Skills: High-level English - written and spoken.
• Motivation and Creativity: Highly motivated with great communication skills and creative thinking.
