- Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial company.
- They will be responsible for leading improvement teams, managing pest control systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Leadership: Lead and manage the quality system, focusing on consumer and customer satisfaction.
Process Controls and Observations: Develop, implement, and maintain process controls and observations to ensure product quality and safety.
Improvement Teams: Lead cross-functional improvement teams to identify and implement process improvements and reduce costs.
Pest Control Systems: Manage pest control systems at our factory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
ISO 9001 Compliance: Ensure our quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001 standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial company.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
