Spearheading Software Product Development

We seek a skilled Product Manager to spearhead our product development initiatives. As a critical member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering software products that align with our strategic objectives.
About the Role:
You will translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, ready for implementation by our engineering teams.
Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and data teams to prioritize features and guide product execution.
Drive customer discovery, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform continuous product improvements.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure product strategy supports organizational goals.
Advocate for the user perspective and maintain strong market and competitor awareness.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B software product development.
Detailed understanding of product development methodologies (Agile scrum).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to define key metrics, make data-driven decisions, and iterate based on feedback.
