**Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled building maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to building upkeep.

This role involves working independently and as part of a team to ensure that our buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, setting up and tearing down events, installing and repairing modular workstations, and hanging interior artwork.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
  • Set up and tear down events as needed.
  • Install, reconfigure, and repair modular workstations and office setups.
  • Hang interior artwork to enhance the workspace aesthetic.

**Requirements:**

">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry is necessary.
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools is required.
  • You must understand OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.
  • The ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs is essential.
